This document governs the terms of using RedNet's services (hosting, servers, domains). By using the service, you fully agree to the terms below.
01General provisions
RedNet LLC ("RedNet", "we") provides web hosting and related services. By registering an account or purchasing a service, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
02Using the service
The service is intended for lawful purposes only. You must use resources in a way that doesn't harm other users or the infrastructure. Excessive resource use on shared hosting may result in a temporary limit.
03Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all actions taken from your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
04Payment and renewal
The service is prepaid for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Annual billing gets a 20% discount. The service renews automatically unless cancelled before it expires.
05Prohibited use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Publishing illegal, copyright-infringing, or malicious content;
- Distributing spam or phishing;
- Unauthorized scanning or attacking of other systems;
- Crypto-mining on shared resources.
06Availability and SLA
We guarantee 99% uptime. We notify you in advance of planned maintenance. If the SLA is breached, compensation applies per a separate agreement.
07Limitation of liability
RedNet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss caused by the user's lack of backups. We recommend keeping regular independent backups.
08Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. If these terms are violated, RedNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service, with or without notice.
