Terms and Conditions

This document governs the relationship between users registered on the hosting service rednet.ge and defines the terms and conditions for using the services offered on rednet.ge. Before registering, the user is obligated to carefully read these terms and conditions. From the moment of registration, mutual cooperation will be governed by this document.

User – a natural or legal person registered on the rednet.ge electronic portal

1. Definition of Terms

1.1 Service – the main product or service offered by the provider (web hosting or virtual server).

1.2 Additional Service – an additional service offered by the provider (installation of special software by specialists, system configuration) or a service requested by the user.

1.3 Personal Panel – id.rednet.ge – a personal space for users through which they gain access to services.

1.4 Package – a service tariff and its technical specifications pre-determined by the provider.

1.5 Service Continuity – the continuous operation of the service on the internet network for 99.5% of 30 calendar days.

1.6 Provider's NOC Group – (Network Operations Center) the network operations center.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Use of Shared Hosting (cPanel Hosting)

2.1.1 Creating a Hosting Account – A new hosting account can be created from the user's personal panel.

2.1.2 Use of Shared Hosting During Trial Period – When creating a new hosting account, the service is automatically assigned "temporarily active" status, meaning the service is enabled for a 3-day trial period. If the service fee is not paid before the trial period expires, the service will be suspended, and if unpaid within 5 calendar days of suspension, it will be cancelled.

2.1.3 Full Service Activation – The service will be fully activated upon the first payment.

2.1.4 Shared Hosting Packages – Users may use the hosting packages pre-offered by the provider. The user has the right to request a different hosting package that suits them.

2.2 Use of Virtual Server

2.2.1 Ordering a Virtual Server – A virtual server can be ordered from the user's personal panel. The user has the option to choose a virtual server package offered by the provider or request a custom package. Within 5 days of placing the order, the user can pay for the service and start using the virtual server. After 5 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled if unpaid.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 The user has the right to demand the provider fulfill the obligations assumed under this document fully and properly;

3.2 To freely receive information about the reasons for and duration of service restrictions and interruptions, as well as anything that might affect the quality and/or conditions of service;

3.3 The user has the right to demand the provider fulfill the obligations assumed under this document fully and properly;

3.4 The provider regularly (once a week – every Sunday) backs up information placed by users on services in accordance with all internationally established standards, for the purpose of unobstructed data recovery in case of failures; RedNet stores backup copies for the last 1 month. Nevertheless, since there is no 100% guarantee against file damage or deletion, the user is obligated to periodically back up the information placed on the service. The provider assumes no responsibility for the loss of information placed by the user on the servers.

3.5 The user is obligated to pay the service fee on time so that the service suspension and subsequent cancellation procedures provided for in Articles 5.1 and 6.3 of this document are not carried out.

3.6 The user undertakes not to upload to the server, not to use for sending, or not to place information that:

  • Is illegal, threatening, offensive, infringes copyrights, promotes racial, religious, gender, or social discrimination, incites hostility, or contains insults toward specific individuals or organizations;

  • Violates the rights of minors or may cause harm to them in any form;

  • Violates or encroaches on the rights of minorities;

  • You do not have the right to make public under Georgian legislation or any agreement;

  • Relates to any patent, trademark, trade secret, or infringes the copyrights of third parties;

  • Contains spam (including search spam) or unsolicited email addresses;

  • Contains viruses and other computer codes, files, and programs designed to limit, disrupt, or destroy the functionality of software, computers, and telecommunications devices; also includes publishing serial numbers, codes, logins, passwords or other information for unauthorized access to paid internet resources, as well as posting links to the aforementioned information;

  • Relates to personal information about third parties;

  • Contains deliberate violations of Georgian legislation and international norms;

4. Provider Rights and Obligations

4.1 The provider is obligated to ensure uninterrupted operation of the user's service.

4.2 The provider's NOC group is obligated to monitor the entire network 24 hours a day, eliminate interruptions within a reasonable timeframe, and provide the user with all information about interruptions and timeframes for resolving problems.

4.3 The provider is obligated to ensure uninterrupted operation of the user's service.

4.4 The provider has the right to suspend service to the user if the user causes harm to the provider or third parties during service use; including: unauthorized network access; use of the service in a manner that violates the personal life or peace of third parties, contains threats, causes material damage, is defamatory, insulting, or otherwise unlawful; or if during service use they distribute spam, prohibited content, computer viruses, fraudulent or malicious programs; or the user otherwise violates the requirements provided by law.

5. Service Cancellation

5.1 In case of a user's violation of the terms and conditions of using the service as set out in Chapter 3, the provider reserves the right to cancel the user's account within a reasonable timeframe. The user will be notified of this in their personal panel.

5.2 In case of cancellation by the provider in accordance with Georgian law and Article 5.1, restoration of said service will not be possible.

5.3 The service will be cancelled if payment has not been made within 60 (sixty) calendar days on a service suspended due to non-payment.

5.4 Service cancellation at the user's request. The user notifies the provider of the service cancellation request from their own panel. Following this request, the provider will cancel the service within a reasonable timeframe.

5.5 In the above-mentioned circumstances, as a result of service cancellation, information contained in the service is deleted, and the service fee prepaid by the user is not subject to automatic refund.

6. Payment and Refund Conditions:

6.1. Payment for the service can be made by the following methods:

6.1.1. Online payment by bank card (for both companies and individuals); personal banking details are entered directly on the bank's website, which fully ensures data protection and security.

6.1.2. Payment of the service cost by bank transfer based on an invoice (for both companies and individuals); the user can generate and print an invoice from their personal cabinet for the desired period.

6.2. The user has the right to request a refund of amounts paid more than one month in advance (unused balance) in the following cases:

6.2.1. If the user was not provided with or was provided with delayed corresponding service;

6.2.2. If the user fully cancelled the service ahead of schedule;

6.3. If a refund is desired, the user must send an email to: info@connect.ge describing the service, the reason for the refund, the payment date, the payment method, and the amount to be refunded.

6.4. The provider is obligated to refund the amount due to the user within 10 (ten) business days from the date of sending the confirmation response to the refund application, to the same account from which the last transfer was made;

6.5. In the case of purchasing a discounted package, the refund will be calculated at full price without discount for the months used including the current month, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the user;

7. Other Conditions

The provider reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of service use at any time; such changes take effect as soon as they are published on the provider's website (rednet.ge/terms-of-use), and simultaneously information about the changes will be reflected in the subscribers' personal panel.
