Composition of Personal Data
2.1 Personal data we work with includes:
- First and last name;
- Date and place of birth;
- Place of registration and residential address;
- Postal code;
- Contact phone numbers;
- Email address;
- Other data that allows user identification;
- The last name and first name of the legal entity user's manager/employee (other personal data of these persons provided at the time of entering into or concluding the contract).
2.2 The personal data provided is necessary for entering into an agreement with the user.
Access to Information
3.1 We provide access to your personal information to others only in the following limited circumstances:
- We have permission to do so. We require your explicit consent to share any confidential information.
- In accordance with domain name registry requirements, information about the domain owner must be published in the Whois system. In this regard, your last name, first name, patronymic, address, postal code, telephone, and email address are published in open sources accessible to any internet user.
- In accordance with SSL certificate registrar requirements, information about the organization and its postal address may be transferred.
3.2 We will do everything possible to provide you with access to your personal data and correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it at your request, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

4.1 The contractor uses various protective mechanisms for personal data, specifically:
- Protection against unauthorized access;
- SSL certificates;
4.2 User passwords are not stored openly in the database; they are encrypted.
4.3 The contractor takes measures to protect data stored on personal data servers from unauthorized access and loss.

5.2 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the regulation in order to:
a) Enter into an agreement with you, to the extent provided that, in accordance with subparagraphs (a) and (b) of Article 6(1) of the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection", the user agrees to the processing of their personal data, which is necessary for the performance of the contract;
b) Fulfillment of conditions through the person responsible for personal data leads to obligations under subparagraph (c) of Article 6(1), according to which processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
5.3 In certain situations, we have the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients/contractors if it is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on us. In this case, we will provide personal data to the following groups of recipients:
- Persons authorized by us, our employees who need access to personal data in order to fulfill their duties;
- Other data recipients, such as intermediaries, domain registries, certification authorities, banks, firms, government agencies by court order.
5.4 You have the right to:
- Request access to personal information stored about you;
- Correct the information;
- Request deletion of information;
- Restrict the processing and transfer of this data;
Event Log
6.1 Information about user actions is subject to logging in the event log.
6.2 This data is used to ensure and improve hosting services.
6.3 Such records include:
- Resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files);
- Time of request receipt;
- Time of response dispatch;
- Response status;
- Information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions;
- The URL of the page the user previously visited;
- Information about the IP address;
Cookies
